1. Scope and changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

2. Inspections and buyer-assistance

If the Site offers vehicle inspection or buyer-assistance services, any inspection results and recommendations are informational only and do not guarantee the condition of a vehicle, the accuracy of any listing details, or the absence of defects.

We provide pre-contract information and general consumer-rights information so you can make an informed choice: please review the offer details and these Terms before placing a request. 3. Limitations of liability and no legal guarantee

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for: (i) decisions you make based on inspection results; (ii) defects not discoverable during the requested scope; (iii) third-party actions or information; or (iv) damages arising from your use of the Site.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under applicable Ukrainian law.

4. Requests and scheduling

If you submit a request through the Site, you agree that we may contact you to clarify the request and propose a schedule. Availability may depend on location and service capacity.

You must provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining access to the contact details you provide.

5. Electronic commerce and provider identification (Ukraine)

If you offer services via the Internet as an “electronic commerce” entity, the landing page must present the seller/provider’s identifying information so consumers and competent authorities can identify you. We aim to resolve disputes amicably and in accordance with the consumer-protection framework, including out-of-court complaint and settlement mechanisms where applicable. 7. Personal data and cookies

If the Site processes personal data (for example, through forms or analytics), we handle it in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Personal Data” No. 2297-VI (Про захист персональних даних). You should provide lawful basis/consent where required, and ensure transparency of processing. Our website privacy/cookie notice must be consistent with this processing. 8. Language of information
