Inspection scope that matches how you buy

Pick the level you need. We focus on what we can see in agreed access, then we share clear decision-ready notes.

6-item checklist (tap to expand)
Scope note Findings are based on the agreed scope and what’s observable during the inspection. Restricted access or missing parts can limit conclusions.
What buy help means

1) Seller-question approach, so your next offer stays grounded

Buy help means we help you run the right seller questions and decide what you can safely rely on. It is scope-based and limited to what’s observable and accessible during inspection.

2) Negotiation question list

  • Accident and repair history: what was done, by whom, and when?
  • Ownership and usage: what changed after purchase (service, issues, ownership transfer)?
  • Scheduled maintenance: what records exist, and can we verify them during access?
  • Diagnostics availability: what tests can the seller allow on-site, and what can’t?
  • Parts condition and wear: what is original vs replaced, and why?
  • Current issues: what the seller claims, and how it matches observable findings?
We do not guess beyond evidence. The goal is to turn uncertainty into a decision you can explain.

3) Decision guide (practical, not legal promises)

  1. AMatch claims to observables

We compare what the seller says to what we can see, measure, and document within the agreed access.

  2. BIdentify decision-impact gaps

If a key check cannot be performed, we flag the gap and guide how to proceed.

  3. CSupport a defensible offer

We help you structure an offer based on scope findings and access constraints, so your ask stays consistent.

  4. DPlan next steps when access is limited

If you cannot verify a point on-site, we suggest what to ask next (documents, additional inspection access, or walk-away).

What we can confirm during the visit

Findings depend on the agreed scope and what is observable on-site

We inspect based on what you ask us to cover. Results reflect what we can see, test, and document during the appointment, not what might be hidden or inaccessible.

In practice

  • If an area is outside the agreed scope, we will not treat it as verified.
  • If access is limited (sealed covers, missing documentation, blocked diagnostics), our findings may be incomplete.
  • If something is not safely observable during the visit, we can record it as “not confirmed” and suggest next checks you may request.
Scope helper

1 Tell us what you need, and we’ll point to the right inspection scope

Pick what matches your situation. Then send the request so we can confirm access requirements and the inspection scope you can get.

What are you trying to do?

Inspection findings are based on the agreed scope and what we can observe during the visit. If diagnostic access is restricted, some checks may be limited.

Your final cost depends on the agreed scope, travel, and diagnostic access. If some access is restricted, we will adapt the inspection plan to match what is observable.
